How to tell us that something on Prodrooms uses your work, and how to answer if yours was removed.

The designated agent

Notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act go to Che Israel Olea's designated agent:

Che Israel Olea
2815 Maingate Village, Kissimmee, Florida 34747
Email: dmca@prodrooms.com
Phone: 407-627-4354

What a notice needs

  • The work you own, described well enough that we can find it.
  • Where it is on Prodrooms: a room code, a session link, a profile, a message.
  • How to reach you: name, email, and a postal address if you have one.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
  • Your signature: your typed full name.

When a notice is complete we remove or disable the material, tell the person who posted it, and keep the notice on record. A notice with the pieces missing is answered with what is missing.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice with the same form: what was removed, where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the United States, for ours), and your signature. We pass it to the person who sent the notice, and unless they tell us within ten business days that they have filed for a court order, the material goes back up within ten to fourteen business days.

Repeat infringers

An account that has three notices acted on loses its ability to host and to share files. That count is kept on the account and a counter-notice that stands removes the strike.
